1. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
2. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
3. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
4. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

** OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE **
- The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in.

- No Smoking in the house. Smoke and noise detectors are installed throughout the property.

- Please note the check-in and check-out times. We may be able to accommodate early or late check-ins, within 48 hours of check-in date.

- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
