– Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in or around the unit. If we find evidence of smoking, an extra cleaning fine will be incurred. We appreciate your cooperation!
- Please note that the lot next door recently started land grading to prepare for construction. You may experience some daytime construction noise during your stay.
– Note that this unit is part of a complex. There are units below and directly next door.
- We are located in a lively up and coming Urban area in Downtown Las Vegas. No refunds will be issued for noise.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit.
- The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
– Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
–Two pets under 75 lbs are welcome at the property for a fee of $75.00 PER pet.
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing a pet and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pet including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
– We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

** PARKING **
Use the supplied parking placard on your car's dashboard. No need to fill it out. Leave in your room upon checkout. See 'House Manual' for more details.
** PETS **

** NO PARTIES, DISRUPTIVE OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE **
- We have a policy about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise while on premises may result in up to $1000 fine, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved. Please be mindful of our other guests! The occupancy capacity of a given studio is 2 people.
