- We are located in a lively up and coming Urban area in Downtown Las Vegas. No refunds will be issued for noise.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit.
The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

** PARKING **
Use the supplied parking placard on your car's dashboard. No need to fill it out. Leave in your room upon checkout. See 'House Manual' for more details.
** PETS **
-Pets are welcome for a $75 'happy paws' pet accommodation fee.
1. You must clean up after your pet including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Not cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
2. Pets must not be left unattended in any common (outdoor) or shared spaces on the property.
3. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
4. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
5. Ensure you have paid the pet fee upfront. If we have to process this fee after your stay, there will be an additional $75 surcharge.
** DAMAGES DURING STAY **
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- Please note that guests may be subject to additional fees in the event of damage to our property or furnishings resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior during your stay. The extent of these charges will be determined based on the severity of the damage incurred.
